New Trees Planted

The trees bordering the seating at TownStage have recently been replaced with crepe myrtles.  The original trees became stressed and struggled this past year.  Uwharrie Builders, the general contractor that constructed the TownStage facility, graciously offered to replace them.

Local Talent Night Added

This year at TownStage local talent will be featured on one Friday night per month.

Bands Set For Festivals

Two festivals in Troy you don't want to miss are Troyfest on June 27th and Brew- Que and Music Review on Oct. 31st.  Both events will feature a concert during the day and also one that evening.

Modern bluegrass band Backline and The Embers will perform at Troyfest.  Acoustic Reserve and the always popular Jim Quick and Coastline are featured at Brew-Que and Music Review.

Foundation Established

A patron recently gave a generous donation to establish a foundation for TownStage.  The intent of this fund is to help with the annual costs of concerts and facility maintenance at the amphitheater.  The facility is operated by a non-profit with limited funds available.  Through the TownStage Foundation anyone who wants to give can now do so easily.  Just click on the TownStage Foundation icon anywhere on this website and follow the instructions.  And thank you for your donation!  Let's keep the dream alive!

The fund is invested under the auspices of  the North Carolina Community Foundation.
