Mayor Donates Salary

Mayor of Troy Craig Jones recently announced he was donating his annual mayoral salary to the TownStage Foundation.  The intent of the fund is to help with the annual costs of concerts and facility maintenance at the Amphitheater.  The facility is operated by a non-profit with limited funds available.  Through the TownStage Foundation anyone who wants to give can now do so easily.  Just click on the TownStage Foundation icon anywhere on this website and follow the instructions.  And thank you for your donation!  Let's keep the dream alive!

The fund is invested under the auspices of the North Carolina Community Foundation.

Thank you Mr. Mayor!

Coming in 2021, a New Playground

Two local businessmen have donated funds to build a new playground at Capel Centennial Park adjacent to the Amphitheater.

Now there's even more of a reason to bring the whole family to concerts at TownStage!
