New Trees Planted
The trees bordering the seating at TownStage have recently been replaced with crepe myrtles. The original trees became stressed and struggled this past year. Uwharrie Builders, the general contractor that constructed the TownStage facility, graciously offered to replace them.
Local Talent Night Added
This year at TownStage local talent will be featured on one Friday night per month.

Get ready for a new season of fantastic music! With 23 concerts and 3 movie nights planned in 2020 there is something for everyone at TownStage Amphitheater. We are located within Capel Centennial Park in downtown Troy. Come bring the family and join the fun. If you come a little early you can dine at Crawford's downtown but there are always food trucks and drinks available at the amphitheater. And don't forget to try one of our featured craft beers.
Pep Rally for MC Football
A community pep rally will be held to celebrate the players and coaches of the Montgomery Central football team on August 13 at TownStage. Following the ceremony the film Jumanji will be shown.
A patron recently gave a generous donation to establish a foundation for TownStage. The intent of this fund is to help with the annual costs of concerts and facility maintenance at the amphitheater. The facility is operated by a non-profit with limited funds available. Through the TownStage Foundation anyone who wants to give can now do so easily. Just click on the TownStage Foundation icon anywhere on this website and follow the instructions. And thank you for your donation! Let's keep the dream alive!
The fund is invested under the auspices of the North Carolina Community Foundation.
